This option is used to Move Text in the 12d Model project.

To open the “Move Text” command, use the TfNSW Survey Standards Toolbar:
Hold the fourth button down (the Survey Text Create/Edit Toolbar) and select the 3rd drop down command – Move Text.
The Move Text command does not have a panel, the command will be opened in the Status Bar as shown below.
