If files in your version of the TfNSW Customisation have errors, or have been edited/overwritten, or just not working as intended, you may be asked to do a clean install.

Uninstall the TfNSW Customisation

Close all instances of 12d Model BEFORE proceeding.

Go to the Windows Settings, and then Apps.
Scroll down to find the TfNSW Customisation for 12d V15.00 and click <Uninstall>.

If present, you also need to <Uninstall> the TfNSW RAMS Add-On.

Remove the Install Folder

Using Windows File Explorer, go to and delete the folder:

For Customisation versions 15.1.x and 15.2.x;
C:\ProgramData\TfNSW\12d_15.00\TfNSW_Cust

For Customisation versions 15.3.1 onwards;
C:\ProgramData\TfNSW\12d\15.00

This will permanently delete any files that may not have been removed during the uninstall process.

Note: Any TfNSW POSI files stored in the TfNSW Customisation will also be deleted.

If the folder does not exist, the customisation was uninstalled correctly.  You may move on to the next step.
